But Kelsey’s focused on her future, and she’s determined to get back on track at Concordia High.

When Kelsey and Isaac meet, it’s anything but love at first sight. She thinks he’s an entitled brat, and he thinks she’s a stuck-up snob. So it surprises them both when they start to fall for each other. Kelsey’s happy for the first time in months, and Isaac’s never felt this way about anyone before...But nothing’s ever completely perfect. Everyone has secrets, and Isaac and Kelsey are no exceptions. Review:

In the final book of the Summer trilogy, there is heartbreak, betrayal and an amaaazing ending.

Belly had to confront what she knew all along: she loved both of the Fishers. And what can be worse than a love triangle between two brothers. So when Jeremiah proposed to Belly (after doing something unforgivable), I knew that the time before the wedding weren't going to go so smoothly.

Some truths come out when the wedding approaches closer and closer and with those, things start to turn. Between Conrad and Belly, I found it was like a damn rollercoaster. I love Conrad but sometimes I wanted to yell at him and tell him to get his act together so he can finally get things right.

''Ernie said, 'So are you gonna cry about it like a punk, or are you gonna do something?' (P.209)''

The book was awesome and the ending was perfect, even though I would have loved to have more scenes for the ending.

In the paperback version you had as an extra the love letters Conrad sent to Belly. AWWWW they were so funny and cute. He's great.

Title: City of Lost Souls
Author: Cassandra Clare
Published: May 8, 2012 by Margaret K. McElderry
Pages: Hardcover, 538 pages

5/5 STARS

The demon Lilith has been destroyed and Jace has been freed from her captivity. But when the Shadowhunters arrive to rescue him, they find only blood and broken glass. Not only is the boy Clary loves missing–but so is the boy she hates, Sebastian, the son of her father Valentine: a son determined to succeed where their father failed, and bring the Shadowhunters to their knees.

No magic the Clave can summon can locate either boy, but Jace cannot stay away—not from Clary. When they meet again Clary discovers the horror Lilith’s dying magic has wrought—Jace is no longer the boy she loved. He and Sebastian are now bound to each other, and Jace has become what he most feared: a true servant of Valentine’s evil. The Clave is determined to destroy Sebastian, but there is no way to harm one boy without destroying the other. Will the Shadowhunters hesitate to kill one of their own?

Only a small band of Clary and Jace’s friends and family believe that Jace can still be saved — and that the fate of the Shadowhunters’ future may hinge on that salvation. They must defy the Clave and strike out on their own. Alec, Magnus, Simon and Isabelle must work together to save Jace: bargaining with the sinister Faerie Queen, contemplating deals with demons, and turning at last to the Iron Sisters, the reclusive and merciless weapons makers for the Shadowhunters, who tell them that no weapon on this earth can sever the bond between Sebastian and Jace. Their only chance of cutting Jace free is to challenge Heaven and Hell — a risk that could claim any, or all, of their lives.

And they must do it without Clary. For Clary has gone into the heart of darkness, to play a dangerous game utterly alone. The price of losing the game is not just her own life, but Jace’s soul. She’s willing to do anything for Jace, but can she even still trust him? Or is he truly lost? What price is too high to pay, even for love?

Darkness threatens to claim the Shadowhunters in the harrowing fifth book of the Mortal Instruments series.

Review:

Cassandra Clare is a terrific writer and like the rest of her books, City of Lost Souls was freaking awesome and breathtaking.

Clary goes and fights demons and goes on errands, to find out what are Sebastian's plans with her and Jace. The relationship between the brother and sister is sinister and yet fun to read. At first, I thought that Sebastian might have changed, but in the end... he is a psycho! However, since his character has such depth, he is one of my favorite characters.

I love love love Magnus/Alec, Isabelle/Simon, Jordan/Maia and JACE/CLARY, so I was really happy to see that there was a lot of scenes with those characters together. Jace and Clary are my favorite because their relationship is so cute, funny and hot.

I managed to finish this book in one day and it is one of my favorite books. I recommend this series to anybody who loves action, romance and the supernatural.

What if there were teens whose lives depended on being bad influences?
This is the reality for sons and daughters of fallen angels in Sweet Evil.

Tenderhearted Southern girl, Anna Whitt, was born with the sixth sense to see and feel emotions of other people. He’s the boy your daddy warned you about. If only someone had warned Anna.

Forced to face her destiny, will Anna embrace her halo or her horns?

Review:

Wendy Higgins wrote a great book that was full of suprises. I liked the way she wrote about not only the seven deadly sins, but about others as well.

The relationship with Kaidan and Anna is so hard to explain, but yet I just fell in love with both of them. Although, I did have some problems with Anna because she is such a good girl and I'm just not use to that. However I liked that she seemed to accept her identity instead of freaking out and being scared.

The book was great. My favorite part is definitely the New Year's Party because that was just wild. The ending seemed like there was a scene missing, but that only means we have something to look forward to, for the next books in the sequel.

Review:

Hot hot hot hot. Tempting the Best Man was written under Jennifer L. Armentrout's pen name J.Lynn. Like all of her other books I fell in love with every word.

The relationship between Maddie and Chase is amazing. At the beginning of the book they started off by bickering all the time which was cute and funny to read. However, when Chase made it pretty clear he was attracted to her, things started to change for the best.

Those two were like a rollercoaster, which sometimes made me angry at both of them. However, I think the ending was perfect.

Review:

In the third book of the Shadow Falls series, Kylie is still in the dark about what she is. I loved this book. Kylie has definetly grown and become stronger since the first book.

For the romance... I just want to shake Kylie and tell her to get over Derek. I love her with Lucas because they have such chemistry and history. Whereas with Derek I feel like they should just be friends. Red was also another character in which he loved her. Even though he was a stalker, in the end I felt bad for him because of how he was raised in life by his grandfather.

However, my favorite ship is Holiday and Burnett. I love how they bicker and that Kylie tries to play cupid for them.

This book was a good read and I loved all the romance scenes, because I'm a sucker for them.
